Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you use getshuddh.com or the GetShuddh app, or book a service with us. By booking, you agree to them.

"GetShuddh", "we" and "us" mean Towercircle LLP, a limited liability partnership, 246, 9th Phase, KPHB Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana 500085. "You" means the person making the booking.

1. Our services

  • We provide car cleaning and home cleaning at your address, in the areas listed on our website, in Hyderabad.
  • Each service page describes what is included. Anything not described is not included unless we agree it with you.
  • You must be 18 or older to book.

2. Booking

  • A booking is made when you complete checkout and receive our confirmation email.
  • Please give a correct name, phone number, email and full address. We may call you to confirm details.
  • We may decline or cancel a booking, for example if the address is outside our service area, a slot is no longer available, or the details look false. We will tell you if we do.
  • Please make sure someone can give our team access to the car or home at the booked time.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where GST applies.
  • You pay after the service is done, by cash or UPI, to our team. We do not take payment in advance on the website. For plans, see section 5.
  • The price is the one shown when you booked. If you ask our team for extra work at your doorstep, it is added only with your agreement, at our website prices, and you get an updated email.
  • We send an invoice by email after the service.

4. Coupons and offers

  • One coupon per checkout. Each coupon shows its own conditions, such as a minimum amount, first booking only, or which services it covers.
  • Unless a coupon says otherwise, it does not apply on top of plan or bundle prices, which are already discounted.
  • If you cancel a booking that used a coupon, the coupon can usually be used again.
  • We may change or end an offer at any time; bookings already made keep their price.

5. Plans (multi-visit packs)

  • A plan gives you a set number of visits for a service at a lower price per visit.
  • You pay for the whole plan after your first visit, by cash or UPI. The later visits are then already paid.
  • You can book the next visits from My bookings once the plan is paid. They must be used by the "valid until" date shown in your account. If you need more time, contact us before that date.
  • Visits not used by the "valid until" date lapse, unless you asked us to stop the plan before then (below).
  • Stopping a plan: contact us. The plan discount is for completing the plan, so the visits already done are charged at our normal one-time price and we refund the rest of what you paid. Example: ₹986 paid for 2 visits, normal price ₹548 a visit, 1 visit done: ₹986 − ₹548 = ₹438 refunded.

7. If something isn't right

  • If you are not happy with the work, please tell us as soon as possible, ideally on the same day, with photos. We will look into it and decide fairly, case by case, what we can do.
  • If you believe our team damaged something, please tell us as soon as possible with photos. We will investigate and handle each case fairly, case by case.
  • Please keep valuables, cash and fragile items away from the area being cleaned.

8. Your account

  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
  • We may suspend an account that is misused, for example for false bookings.

9. Our team

Please treat our team with respect. They may leave if they feel unsafe, and we may refuse future bookings in that case.

10. Personal data

How we use your details is explained in our Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Bookings already made follow the terms in force when they were made.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly.
